- Add fix_wxWidgets_3_0_3_API_break.patch
wxPropertySheetDialog::SetInnerSize was renamed to SetInnerSizer,
expose old and new name on Perl side
- Set Requires and BuildRequires to force matching build and
runtime wxWigets versions.
