When the Services page comes up, under the System management application
development heading, select
z Systems Application Programming Interfaces (API)

When the System z Application Programming Interfaces page comes up,
select Linux-390

In the right hand column, under Download, select the two RPMs for s390 and
for s390x:
hwmcaapi
hwmcaapi-devel

Then, go back one level to the System z Application Programming Interfaces page
and select Intel Linux

In the right hand column, under Download, select the two RPMs for i686 and
x86_64:
