From: Antonio Larrosa <alarrosa@suse.com> We don't have PyQt4 bindings (not even Qt4 packages) so `import PyQt4` should fail but the python3-sip package in SLE creates the directory so the import doesn't fail and then it fails where the test doesn't expect it.
