- Run spec-cleaner

- Update to 2.8.1
 * Minor update to terrain features
 * Fixed a bug which caused a crash when trying to create
   a human custom hero
 * Slight update to scenario hints
 * Added an option to re-generate the custom hero name in the
   custom hero creation menu
 * Units are now categorized by civilization in the encyclopedia
 * Added next/previous buttons for the building menu
 * Fix to the Northwards to the Sea quest
