- Update to v2.3.3
  * Fix the encoding/decoding of Enum types
  * Fix typos
  * Update transport docs to add 'auth', and deprecate 'credentials'
- Use GitHub tarball to activate test suite
- Remove unnecessary build dependencies and add runtime dependencies
