- Now we can detect if the ask dialog is neccessary for B1.
- This is not the case if HANA was installed inmediately befor.
- Now we provides 3 HANA/B1 screnarios:
    1. Installing HANA + B1 directly one after the other.
    2. Installing only HANA
    3. Installing B1 if already a HANA server is installed.
- Take care removing the reconfig file.
- Avoid copying B1 image twice.
- Ignore media check files.
- Reactivate warning if hardware is not certified.

  - Checking if hostname is set. 
    If not we read /etc/HOSTNAME and the ip of eth0 and propose these as values.
    After checking the entered values we append these on /etc/hosts and set hostname

  - Stops nscd by starting and starts it by finishing
  - Calculate NW_DA_SID

- sap-media-changer.ycp SAPMedia.pm
  - remove "die" exits.

- SAPLUP
    After copying the IM if INSTALL != BOBJ we detect if we need SAPLUP
    We need saplup if
    1) saplup is not even installed
    2) and the control.xml on IM contains the package SAPLUP
    When we need SAPLUP we need crypto media too.
    
    When STACK == AS-ABAP and we need SAPLUP after copying the kernel we'll copy SAPLUP inmediately becouse this may be on the same media.
    When STACK == AS-JAVA we ask for SAPLUP media.
    
    If we can not detect the SAP version, we can not go on. We abrot the installation. This can happend after
    copying the Kernel or JAVA and SAPLUP media. The reason can be bad access rights.
