- Replace libportal-devel BuildRequires with
  pkgconfig(libportal-gtk3) to be more specific and not be
  dependant on package names.
- Add gcolor-libportal-gtk3.patch: Fix build against recent
  libportal, which has gtk3 and gtk4 backends.
