- Explicit file provides not needed so remove them.
- Change vendor string for SLES.
- Readd the version checks.
- Use 1315 for suse_version as that is what SLE12 uses.

compatibility
- create corresponding symlinks
- use update-alternatives to allow for lksh as (/usr)/bins/ksh

- add mksh-vendor-mkshrc.patch which adds support for a
vendor-supplied kshrc which is read by interactive shells before
$ENV or $HOME/.mkshrc are processed
