- Build with -DOPENSSL_NO_SSL_INTERN, if package starts accessing
the SSL library internals it must fail to build now, in upcoming
openSSL versions structures are opaque.
- BuildRequire libnl3
- Do not strip binaries, fix -debuginfo packages.
