    - Autotools build system is removed
    - CMake version 2.8.9 (or higher) is required (was CMake

- Add libical-leap-abi.patch -- use enum values used in prior
  LEAP package, for ABI compatibility (boo#954161).
- Drop 941609-typo-fix_icaltime_days_in_year.patch: fixed upstream.
