This update moves ovmf from NonFree to Free and provides the latest upstream-version with various fixes and improvements:

- Generate the varstore template for AArch64 (boo#983747, boo#981836)
- Fix the file-based NvVars restoring. (boo#982193)
- Remove irrelevant packages in %prep section. (boo#973038)
- Fix crash when downloading files from the http server (boo#980635)
- Fix PCI host bridge for Xen (boo#976253)
- Postpone the creation of the shell boot option so that the firmware will try the block devices first. (boo#976253)
- Change the fat driver license to the BSD license in FatPkg instead of the proprietary license in FatBinPkg since 
  OvmfPkg and ArmVirtPkg now use FatPkg (boo#973038)
