The following fails to include the needed schemas files:
$(gsettings_SCHEMAS_in_in) replacing it with
$(gsettings_SCHEMAS).in.in
+ fix some make files for automake-1.13
- Replace python-gtk-devel requirement with python-gobject;
the applets have been ported to gobject
- Replace mate-doc-utils requirement with yelp-tools; upstream use it
to build help documentation
