make package build for Leap.
+ Manually install doxygen HTML doc files instead of using the

+ Drop doc-path.patch: No longer needed.

+ Building now depends on Qt5 libraries, update BuildRequires.
+ Build and install help files in main pkg.
+ Post and Postun scriptlets to update desktop database and

+ Install bundled appdata file into appdata dir.
+ Add rpmlintrc file to suppress false positive warnings for
