   - [BUGFIX] CPAN-RT#43308: Net::Pcap no longer enables immediate
     (unsafe) signals delivery.

     pcap_perl_settings() function and UNSAFE_SIGNALS pseudo-bloc.

     versions from the CVS, thanks to Craig Davison.
