Subject: [PATCH] remove __DATE__

[   97s] ncftp.i586: W: file-contains-date-and-time /usr/bin/ncftp
[   97s] Your file uses  __DATE and __TIME__ this causes the package to rebuild when
[   97s] not needed

Remove date from binary to prevent unneccessary rebuilds.
