Subject: [PATCH] x86: cpu: increase model_id array size from 48 to 49

This is perhaps the easiest way to handle the longer model names
introduced with the -IBRS models. This is in lew of backporting
commit 807e9869b8c4119b81df902625af818519e01759 and other commits
which that would require.
