- added patches to build with latest ocaml:
+ sks-1.1.6-cryptokit-1.7-Makefile.patch
which enabled the following patch in cryptokit Makefile:

- also create symlinks for mailsync and membership config files
to the home directory of sks - otherwise the settings there are
ignored
- add logrotate snipplet

- adapt path names in sks_build.sh script
(sks-1.1.5-sks_build.patch)
- provide templates for sksconf and membership in the /etc/sks folder
- provide a symlink from the /etc/sks folder to the working
directory, as the sks binary searches just there
