- version update to 3.1.0
  * New pkg-config file
  * Several bug fixes
  * GCC and clang both compile without warnings
  * Support for C23 (coming in GCC 15)
  * Argument type information added to the public interface
  * New automated (make check) test suite
  * Some obsolete stuff removed
  * Graph functions now enabled by default via -DALLTRUE
  * Whitespace & comment cleanup throughout
  * d_mat no longer caches to a file in $CWD
- Delete patch return-value.patch (merged)
