- update to 3.0.1:
  * Update petrification logic so headers and footers of petrified
    BBF files can truly be read in one single read
  * Fixed bugs in bbfcodec.cpp
  * Fixed the --offsets option in bbfmux
  * Changed the error log messages for bbfcodec.cpp to show
    [BBFCODEC] instead of [BBFMUX]
  * Fixed a small typo in the windows memory mapping code
