- Upgrade to Apache Maven parent POM version 40
  * Besides maven-parent, it provides now also the following pom
    artifacts:
    + doxia-tools
    + maven-extensions
    + maven-plugins
    + maven-shared-components
    + maven-skins
  * Obsoletes and provides the maven-plugins-pom and maven-shared
    packages
