- Change 'llvm_bundling' to be required on 'x86_64', 'aarch64' and 'ppc64le' on 15.3, too. Otherwise cargo segfaults when building MozillaFirefox-93.0.
- Swap to internal 'libgit' due to issue in current platform 'libgit2'.
- Remove un-needed compiler docs.
- Remove conflicting shell completions.
- Remove developer tools in favour of rustup.
