  <description>This update for junit5, mojo-executor and mojo-parent fixes the following issues:

mojo-executor:

- Version update from 2.3.1 to 2.4.0 (jsc#SLE-23217):
  * Dependencies provided by Maven have been moved to the provided scope where
    possible
  * The plexus-utils dependency must remain in the compile scope due to
    MNG-6965. It has been updated to version 3.0.24 to avoid spurious security
    vulnerability notifications due to this dependency.

mojo-parent:

- Version update from 60 to 70 (jsc#SLE-23217):
  * Improvement checkstyle configuration
  * Add modello-maven-plugin to pluginManagement 
  * Remove Google search box due to privacy
  * Put version for mrm-maven-plugin in property
  * Add streamLogsOnFailures to m-invoker-p
  * Add property for maven-fluido-skin version
  * Setup Apache Matomo analytics
  * Downgrade Checkstyle to 9.3. 10.x requires Java 11
  * remove requirement to use ssh for github scm devCon
  * Require Maven 3.2.5
  * Add SHA-512 hashes
  * Extract plugin version as variable so child pom can override if needed
  * remove issue-tracking as do not exists anymore
  * remove cim report as it do not exists anymore
    
junit5:

- Deliver junit5-bom to openSUSE Leap 15.4 as it is a required dependency for mojo-parent (no source changes)
