- Update to 4.0.0 in a separate Shark4 package since API is 
  incompatible with 3.x versions:
  * New neural network interface, more in line with Keras and 
    Tensorflow. FFNet was removed.
  * It is now possible to train completely in floating point 
    precision
  * Experimental GPU support, we will expand this in future 
    releases
  * Many small improvements in all parts of Shark.
- Remove obsolete patch:
  * shark-fix_build.patch
- Refresh patch:
  * Shark-fix_lib64_usage.patch
