- Update to 1.14:
 * Create octopuslb.service file to support systemd
 * Add config file in directory /etc/logrotate.d
 * Add initrd scripts for SLE11
- Clean up spec file for current version of the source
- Add config file in directory tmpfiles.d
- Patch to fix build (get-set-rlimits.patch)
- Patch to fix initrd scripts (octopuslb.initd.patch)
- Fix files-duplicate
