- Update to version 2.0+git.1743692030.84c08a1:
  * fix(query): make the script POSIX-compatible
  * feat: add query.sh from 1.3 tarball
  * bump version to 2.0
  * rename clean() to cleanup()
  * Always clean before exit
  * usage: Normalize a bit the usage and man-page
  * ii.1: fix some lint warnings from mandoc -Tlint
  * ii: fix mistake in usage, the host is actually mandatory

- Remove now obsolete ii-makefile.patch.
