- Update to version 1.65
  * Handle WMI Timestamps that use ‘***’ as the time zone offset.
  * Correctly display time multipliers in help for checks that
    use it.
  * Handle the error condition when there are no ini files and an
    ini file check is being requested – show the correct error
    message.
  * No longer ignore zero size drives for checkdrivesize or
    checkvolsize. Use the new option –IgnoreZeroSizedDrives to
    ignore them.
  * Allow an empty or non-existant password on the command line
    (which in turn is passed to the wmic command line).
    Recommend for closed networks only.
  * For checkprocess, -s Name actually checked the ExecutablePath
    instead.
