- update to 3.2
  for all the changes see /usr/share/doc/packages/rancid/CHANGES
- update patch rancid-2.3.8-dont_override_cflags.patch to patch
  Makefile.am and Makefile.in
- remove unneeded patch rancid-2.3.8-obsolete_AM_C_PROTOTYPES.patch
  included upstream already. 
- remove autoreconf -fi

- added 2 more upstream patches:
  rancid-2.3.8.p3.gz: fnlogin - only use port argument when the
                      port parameter is set.
  rancid-2.3.8.p4.gz: filter cycling RSA private keys

- added required autoconf and automake for building
- added rancid-2.3.8-obsolete_AM_C_PROTOTYPES.patch:
  AM_C_PROTOTYPES is obsolete in automake >1.11

  make sure we use our cflags

- update to 2.3.8
  see /usr/share/doc/packages/rancid/CHANGES for details
- tighten permissions on /etc/rancid
- create group
- applied 2 upstream patches:
  rancid-2.3.8.p1.gz
  rancid-2.3.8.p2.gz
- dropped rancid-2.3.1-makefile-destdir.patch:
  seems not needed anymore
- downgrade CVS requires to recommends also recommend subversion.
  both are supported.
