- Fix unresolvable dependencies for openSUSE:
* add RPM conditional tests for %suse_version
* BuildRequires: -iptables-devel libipq-devel libiptc-devel
- Fix build error: No such file or directory ../Autom4te/FileUtils.pm
and possibly undefined macro AC_PROG_LIBTOOL:
* add BuildRequires: automake libtool

- use try-restart in logrotate script to avoid unneeded restarts
of snort if the user disabled the daemon
- added snort-rpmlintrc
- use fdupes to make rpmlint happy
