File human_log.patch of Package ansible1

Add a callback plugin from

  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/n0ts/ansible-human_log/3a59d4058ce34aa43c548b852ee5301aa29352af/human_log.py

in order to make output more readable. By default Ansible will
capture output from STDOUT and JSONify it into a string within
a large JSON object. This means that newlines are escaped as \n
and similarly for other characters, which makes the whole thing
very difficult to read and debug. This plugin fixes that. An
old version is required because newer versions broke support for
Ansible 1.9:

  https://github.com/n0ts/ansible-human_log/issues/15

Note that this is only necessary for Ansible < 2.2:

  https://github.com/n0ts/ansible-human_log/issues/17
