File LICENSE.TXT of Package idle3-tools

The file sgio.c in the idle3-tools source code is derived from the
sgio.c file found in the "hdparm" package, whose license file
(LICENSE.TXT) reads:

You may freely use, modify, and redistribute the hdparm program,
as either binary or source, or both.

The only condition is that my name and copyright notice
remain in the source code as-is.
