- deprecate the wrapper script
  * read sysconfig in systemd via EnvirontmentFile
- tmate-slave now checks for root privileges and runs slaves as "nobody"
  * run from systemd as root
  * add ProtectSystem=full and PrivateTmp=true to service file
- move the key generation logic to a script and run it on ExecStartPre

- drop all patches (not needed anymore)
