- Disable checks on openSUSE_Tumbleweed_ARM to fix error 
    'meson.build:3:0: ERROR: Could not invoke sanity test executable:
    [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/bin/wine'.

- Update to version 3.0.7:
  + Build: Meson build:
    - Make it possible to use sigc++ as a subproject
    - No implicit_include_directories
    - Fix build as subproject without building documentation
