- use commit date in version otherwise this package was seen as
a downgrade from a previous package

- change the way we "calculate" the version so that it is always
incremental. Now we are using the date, but that can conflict if
2 commits are done in the same day and then zypper wouldn't know
which is the newest one. Instead us the offset from the previous
tag, that is, the number of commits

Just so you are aware: this is a 'downgrade' for RPM for an issue that you could possibly only have observed in a devel project; TW will never have seen two commits on the same day.

If you want to avoid the version downgrade AND solve your issue, I'd suggest:

3.0.7+git%cd.@TAG_OFFSET@ until you reach version 3.0.8, and then switch to 3.0.8.git@TAG_OFFSET@
