- Add INSLATT_LMOD and INSTALL_CMOD variables to lua53.pc: this is
queried for example by rrdtool's buildsystem.
- Properly set includedir in the .pc file
- Remove lua macros to favor split package

- Add patch fixing the build using libtool:
