08/22 Up to date ROCm wrt AMD releases from Fedora Rawhide can be built and used as-is on Tumbleweed.
The CI for this is in Fedora's COPR project
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/rocm-packagers-sig/TW/
The main caveat is because some of these packages have very long build times, this set, like the COPR set only build for the gfx1100 - radeon 7900.
