Return a list of strings as a set of arranged in columns.
Each column is only as wide as necessary. By default, columns are separated by two spaces - one was not legible enough. Set "colsep" to adjust the string separate columns. Set `displaywidth' to set the line width.
Normally, consecutive items go down from the top to bottom from the left-most column to the right-most. If +arrange_vertical+ is set false, consecutive items will go across, left to right, top to bottom.
This library provides functions for manipulating
Unicode strings and for manipulating C strings
according to the Unicode standard.

This is just for testing the legal review process into factory in dry mode.
The FOSSology project started out as an internal development effort at Hewlett Packard Company (HP). As part of HP's own internal IT governance process, we needed a tool that would quickly and accurately describe how a given open source project was licensed. Rather than simply collecting a project's advertised license (as given at their website or in their documentation), this tool needed to analyze all of the source code for a given project and intelligently report all of the licenses being used, based on the license declarations and tell-tale phrases that identify software licensing.
Using libextractor, you can extract metadata from files of arbitrary
types. Supported file formats include HTML, PDF, DVI, PS, MP3, OGG,
WAV, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, RPM, ZIP, TAR, ELF, REAL, RIFF (AVI), MPEG,
QT, and ASF. Also, various additional MIME types are detected.
Helper libraries perform the extraction. It is extendable by linking
against external extractors for additional file types.
The goal is to provide developers of indexing tools with a universal
library to obtain simple keywords to match against queries.
libextractor contains a shell command "extract" that, similar to the
well-known "file" command, can extract metadata from a file and print
the results to stdout.
Fast and furious document converter. Blissfully ignorant of formatting
options etc and therefore rocket fast. Useful for extracting text from
office documents for indexing or searching or as a mailcap feature etc

OSSP js is a stand-alone distribution of the JavaScript (JS)
programming language reference implementation from Mozilla -- aka
"JSRef" or "SpiderMonkey". This distribution provides a smart,
stand-alone and portable distribution of Mozilla JavaScript through a
build environment based on GNU autoconf, GNU libtool and GNU shtool,
including support for easy JavaScript build-time feature set selection
(ECMA-3, JS-1.5, JS-1.6), optional CLI line editing support, optional
"stdio" based File object support and JS/Perl bindings. Additionally,
the C API in "libjs" contains both the JavaScript engine and the
required Sun math library ("fdlibm") and with all internal symbols
carefully protected under the "js" namespace. Finally, a js-config(1)
utility and a pkg-config(1) specification is provided to allow
applications to easily build with the JavaScript C API.
