This package is based on the package 'AfterStep' from project 'home:dmitry_serpokryl:SOAD'.

AfterStep is a window manager for the Unix X Window System. Originally based on the look and feel of the NeXTStep interface, it provides end users with a consistent, clean, and elegant desktop. The goal of AfterStep development is to provide for flexibility of desktop configuration, improving aestetics, and efficient use of system resources.

This package is based on the package 'AfterStep_applets' from project 'home:dmitry_serpokryl:SOAD'.

We collected all applets from:
http://tigr.net/afterstep/download/as-apps-070412.tar
in a single tarball and make a simple compilation.

We don't fix the heavily outdated code, and we don't
make a 'hooks' for a perl scripts. That's why only several
from that swarm 'passed' this simple exercise.

The winners are:

asapm, ascpu, asexec, asfsm, asload, asmail, asmem, asmix,
asmixer, asmodem, asmount, asmounter, aterm, salmon

Have fun!

This package is based on the package 'aria2' from project 'home:dmitry_serpokryl:SOAD'.

aria2 is a utility for downloading files. The supported protocols are HTTP(S), FTP, BitTorrent(DHT, PEX, MSE/PE), and Metalink. It has a powerful segmented downloading ability, downloading a file from multiple sources and multiple protocols and utilizing your download bandwidth to the maximum. It supports downloading a file from HTTP(S)/FTP and BitTorrent at the same time, while the data downloaded from HTTP(S)/FTP is uploaded to the BitTorrent swarm. Using Metalink's chunk checksums, aria2 automatically validates chunks of data while downloading a file like BitTorrent. This package also include aria2-gui written on perl with tk interface.

AVFS is a system, which enables all programs to look inside archived or compressed files, or access remote files without recompiling the programs or changing the kernel.

At the moment it supports floppies, tar and gzip files, zip, bzip2, ar and rar files, ftp sessions, http, webdav, rsh/rcp, ssh/scp. Quite a few other handlers are implemented with the Midnight Commander's external FS.

AVFS is (C) under the GNU GPL (see the file COPYING). The shared library supporting AVFS with LD_PRELOAD is (C) under the GNU LGPL (see the file COPYING.LIB).

AVFS comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, for details see the file COPYING.
