Barry is a GPL C++ library to interface with USB BlackBerry handheld devices on Linux. This is one of Net Direct Inc.'s (http://www.netdirect.ca/) open source projects.

libtar is a library for manipulating tar files from within C programs.

Here are some of its features:

* Handles both POSIX tar file format and the GNU extensions.
* API provides functions for easy use, such as tar_extract_all().
* Also provides functions for more granular use, such as tar_append_regfile().

This package is based on the package 'samba' from project 'network:samba:MAINTAINED:SLE_10'.

Samba is a suite of programs which allows SMB/ CIFS clients to use the
Unix filespace, printers, and authentication subsystem.
