Factory Candidates - build openSUSE package with Factory version. The standard repo does builds on top of openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4:SLECandidates, the pure_backports repo does builds on top of openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4.

Factory package can not reuse in Backports, forked and patched these packages, maintaining them in this project.

Rebuild new Factory package only

SLECandidates - build SLE package with Factory version.

Significant changes:
* default gcc version is gcc10
* default python version is python38
* default ruby version is ruby2.7
* perl 5.32
* readline8
* suse_version macro has defined 1550 as same as Factory
* usrmerged macro wasn't defined and so filesystem package wasn't rebuild also

SLE package but doesn't be declined by rpmlint-backports, forked these package in order to fix build error, ie. these package's binary hasn't been shipped.
