This is a small step supporting the experimental use of the Version 3.3.1 (GIT-20100805) which has some advantages to me using pipes with one char buffer length over the Version 3.3.0 -- both can be made up by this SPEC file and reading the "install on OpenSuse" on gnuradio.org
