Instrument Neutral Distributed Interface Control Protocol for astronomical devices. This project contains packages for INDI library and drivers.
This program is conveniently able to download firmware into FX and FX2
ez-usb devices. It is intended to be invoked by hotplug scripts when
the unprogrammed device appears on the bus.
INDI Driver for Apogee Ulta CCDs
INDI Driver for SBIG CCDs. The driver can be used in any INDI compatible client such as KStars or Xephem.
Apogee library is used by applications to control Apogee CCDs.
Library for editing FITS files. This library is available for major linux distributions and is essentially almost a carbon copy of libcfitsio provided by SUSE.
This library provides Finger Lakes Instruments API for CCDs & filter wheels.
INDI is an Instrument Neutral Distributed Interface control protocol for
astronomical devices, which provides a framework that decouples low level hardware
drivers from high level front end clients. Clients that use the device drivers are
completely unaware of the device capabilities and communicate with the device drivers
and build a completely dynamic GUI based on the services provided by the device.
libnova is a general purpose, double precision, Celestial Mechanics, Astrometry and Astrodynamics library. The intended audience of libnova is C / C++ programmers, astronomers and anyone else interested in calculating positions of astronomical objects or celestial mechanics.
The Official Santa Barbra Instrument Group (SBIG) Universal Library Driver is used by applications to access and control the USB, Parallel Port, and Ethernet versions of the CCD cameras and filter wheels including SBIG ST-7/8/9/10/2K cameras, ST-L cameras, and ST-402/1603/3200 cameras. The firmware is included for all classes of cameras.
