Descreen is a script that does descreening using the FFT Fourier plugin.
This script does descreening without blurring the image.

A simple plug-in to do fourier transform on you image. The major
advantage of this plugin is to be able to work with the transformed
image inside GIMP. You can so draw or apply filters in fourier space,
and get the modified image with an inverse FFT.

The GIMP-GAP (GIMP Animation Package) is a collection of Plug-Ins to
extend the GIMP with capabilities to edit and create animations as
sequences of single frames.

It is a free, open source frontend to the Liquid Rescale Library, which provides an implementation of the Seam Carving algorithm as described in a paper by Shai Avidan and Ariel Shamir.

The Seam Carving procedure aims at resizing pictures non uniformly while preserving their features, i.e. avoiding distortion of the important parts.

The plugin supports manual feature selection, and can also be used to remove portions of the picture in a consistent way.
Since version 0.6 it also supports real-time interactive scaling.

Save for Web allows to find compromise between minimal file size and
acceptable quality of image quickly. While adjusting various settings,
you may explore how image and file size change. Options to decrease
image file size include setting quality, number or colors, resizing,
cropping, Exif information removal, etc.

Separate+ is the plugin package that provides some useful
color-management functions for the GIMP.

Separate+ contains following components:
* separate: RGB to CMYK conversion / Softproofing plugin
* icc_colorspace: RGB to RGB conversion / Profile management plugin
* IccButton: Color profile selector widget for Gtk+ (experimental)
