Involved Projects and Packages
This software package provides basic support for
Cache Monitoring Technology (CMT), Memory Bandwidth Monitoring (MBM),
Cache Allocation Technology (CAT) and Code Data Prioratization (CDP).
CMT, MBM and CAT are configured using Model Specific Registers (MSRs)
to measure last level cache occupancy, set up the class of service masks and
manage the association of the cores/logical threads to a class of service.
The software executes in user space, and access to the MSRs is
obtained through a standard Linux* interface. The virtual file system
provides an interface to read and write the MSR registers but
it requires root privileges.
Various software for easier management of multiple systems
Cobbler is a network install server. Cobbler supports PXE, ISO
virtualized installs, and re-installing existing Linux machines.
The last two modes use a helper tool, 'koan', that integrates with
cobbler. There is also a web interface 'cobbler-web'. Cobbler's
advanced features include importing distributions from DVDs and rsync
mirrors, kickstart templating, integrated yum mirroring, and built-in
DHCP/DNS Management. Cobbler has a XMLRPC API for integration with
other applications.
set of utilities and libraries for ipmi query and configuration
This package contains a utility for interfacing with devices that
support the Intelligent Platform Management Interface specification.
IPMI is an open standard for machine health, inventory, and remote
power control.
This utility can communicate with IPMI-enabled devices through either a
kernel driver such as OpenIPMI or over the RMCP LAN protocol defined in
the IPMI specification. IPMIv2 adds support for encrypted LAN
communications and remote Serial-over-LAN functionality.
It provides commands for reading the Sensor Data Repository (SDR) and
displaying sensor values, displaying the contents of the System Event
Log (SEL), printing Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) information, reading
and setting LAN configuration, and chassis power control.

The client for our new Orthos2.
Building all things related to ansible, including ansible (the community package), ansible-core, ansible-lint etc.
The ansible-collection-community-* packages contain these community Ansible Collections:

- sap_libs
- libvirt
- postgresql
All relevant development is happening in subprojects. The devel project for Leap/TW can be found at systemsmanagement/orthos2
This project is intended for orthos2 git master testing on SLE 15 SP6 and openSUSE Tumbleweed before the orthos2 package is moved to the production project.
