Up to date ROCm wrt AMD releases from Fedora Rawhide can be built and used as-is on Tumbleweed.
The CI for this is in Fedora's COPR project

The main caveat is because some of these packages have very long build times, this set, like the COPR set only build for the gfx1100 - radeon 7900.
