A famous Chinese IM Tools build for linux (repacked official version)

User Repo for multiple softwares that haven't been packaged. Migrate from AUR(https://aur.archlinux.org) to provide some of the closed source softwares or their installers, which do not provide linux yum repo or need to be repacked for opensuse.
