+ Core:
- Improved several AT response parsers (+CREG, +CGDCONT,
+CPMS...).
- Explicitly disconnect bearer before removing it.
+ 3GPP: allow LAC/CID updates while registering.
+ QMI:
- Don't assume LAC/CID updates are always given in system
indications.
- Don't add APN auth settings if user/pass not given.
- Load SIM operator id and name with "NAS home network"
- Power-cycle reset functionality implemented.
+ Telit:
- Added udev rules for Telite LE910 V2.
- Implemented modem reset & power down.
- Implemented unlock retries loading.
- Implemented supported/current bands loading/setting.
