THIS CHANGE IS NOT GOING INTO FACTORY.

1. It is a KMP.  It builds against SLE-15-SP3 kernel-source.  
2. It's patches are specific to SLE-15-SP3 kernel-source.
3. Development does not support this package in factory which has been clearly
   communicated to PM.

I have removed the support for Leap enablement that was in the previous 
submission.  If PM ever resolves the issue of the erroneous factory-first
rejections by the build team then we will consider resubmitting for leap.
