This is issue is present only in devel:languages:misc/erlang, which
is currently devel project and in Factory. However, as we want to change-devel to 
devel:languages:erlang (sr#140720), we should fix it here too.

Merge devel:languages:misc/erlang. This is the current devel package, back then coolo didn't want to have another devel project (i.e. devel:languages:erlang).
Now the situation changed. Afterwards, I will do a change_devel request to this package and drop the one from devel:languages:misc.
