Existing package is very outdated and does not build anymore on TW due
to "-fno-common". Update to the newest version and fix build beakage by adding
"-fcommon". I reported the issue to upstream.

In contrast to wdiff, this software seems maintained and should replace wdiff,
as it is better in every way, IMHO. But removal of wdiff is another thing, of course.
