Hi Dave,

may I kindly ask you to keep the copyright. I'm driving a *very* small
company, and do work on public projects dureing office hours. If I 
invest more time, then I should *and* add substantial contributions,
I usually add my copyright, which is pretty non-intrusive.

I'm respecting others work, such as yours. Check my public messages: 
I always mention, that this build is based on your valuable work! It
would be nice, if you could respect mine.

If you think, that my contributions aren't enough to warrant a copy-
right notice, then please go ahead and remove it again.

Anyway, since these are accepted, and fixed for all factory builds now,
let's enable these. I'm submitting them to Factory in a minute.

BTW: are you able to disable the blender builds for the Leap versions?

GCC9 desn't properly compile blender, even, if raising memory constraints... 

Switch to clang, which compiles it properly at least...

- Properly fix Boost dependencies, Boost 1.69 no longer pulls in
  libboost_system-devel. If it is missing, the configure logic
  silently omits boost_locale from the link libraries.
- Reduce build time by replacing the open coded job limit with
  the limit_build macro.

- Add 0008-fix_building_with_latest_versions_of_FFmpeg.patch: Fix
  build with current ffmpeg v4.
